Luc's 4-feet Tank

Thank you for the reply ICEGRL.

I have sent my CO2 tank for refill on Tuesday, till today still not ready for collection yet. This causes algae to grow in the tank, I didn't do much in the tank yet, but planning to redo it very soon.

I will post pics once I have redone it. :)

I have removed the two unknown big fish from this tank as they kept chewing on some plants. Added in an angel fish and 2 oto into the tank. Redid the setting... I have taken some pics but the quality is not good so will take again then post later... :)

Some algae has found in the tank as I have sent the CO2 tank for refill for a week. Just got it back just now... :)

Great new tank you got there matey :) has lots of promise. I like seeing a tank positioned like that, its good to see a tank from both sides, makes a change from the normal position against a wall.

Sam

I have got 3 angel fish in this tank, not sure what type they are, one is white in colour with some orange colour on the head and some black spots on the body; another one is almost all black and the third one is grey in colour with some black stripes on the boody and the fin and tail is long.

I noticed the white one always nip on another two, their fins and tails rotten due to the nipping... Anyway to solve this?

Hey guys, finally I have taken some pics to share, but the pics are not really good as I am not good in taking pics. :)

Thank you for seeing. :)

Idea and comments are welcome. It is still a new tank and need more time to settle. The water quality also not that clear yet... :)

Plants in the tank start growing well, algae are found in the tank, but I have some oto in there to help out...

2 of the 3 angel fishes died, I think they just cant stay together as they like to nip on each other.

I have added in some Cories... Panda cory, albino, and another unknown type. New in this fish so not knowing all their name. Anyway they are vey cute fish... active and adorable.

I have about 10 mini puffers in there too and they are alright in there. :)

Pics will be shared soon. :)

It is looking very good! I like it a lot... especially the grassy looking stuff!

Thank u iceegrl.

Hope you guys like it... :)

It looks really good to me. Does it look the same from the other side, or did you do it a little different?

Thank you ICEGRL, in my opinion, it looks nicer from this view than the back. I am planning to redo everything soon... No time to go for it yet...

I am planning to move the wood to the right most, tried before but hardly can be moved, will try again...

The tank is coming along really well, Lucius. I like it. I didn't even recognize it from the first pictures in the thread. Good luck with the wood! I just repositioned mine in my 20g as well. There's just no satisfying us aquascapers.

llj

Thank you llj, you are right we are just not satisfied. Haaa...

I have done the rescape past two night. Quite happy with the result, but of course there are always spaces to improve.

:)

After the last rescaping, fishes are dying. I am still checking on the cause of it.

The black angel turned fierce and aggressive recently, it might be the cause but still need time to observe. I will not add in new fishes until I found the cause.
