Lots of flies ,where did they come from ?

Well anyway I don't see why they would want to come into my room - perhaps there being light is reasonable explanation as I keep my window slightly open but they are also in here during the day.

Do you have an ant problem? From the picture it kind of looks like a king or queen ant, and any ant colonies in your living area may be having a nuptial flight(all the drones(male ants) and the new queens go out and fly around to settle a new colony. They look like flies). However, in my area, nuptial flight season is long over, and they mainly do so in hot and humid weather, and it depends on where you live.
