Lost My Bala Shark Today

thanks for all the help and advice guys, im getting worried now that something is wrong with the water as my Molly is not swimming well today and looks very weak, i think he will die too!! should i change the water more than once a week or apart from an Ammonia water test kit and PH strips what do i need for testing the water?
