Lost My Angelfish

i lost my female angelfish, i was away for a couple of days and come back to her dead.

she swam in to one of them slate plec caves u see for sale on the forum alot and she obviously couldnt get back out as its quite a tight squeeze and died. dont know how she managed to get in there in the first place
