Lost Internet

Heya fokes my internet went down and its not expected to be fixed till wed/thrus

Should i ask for money back or wut. Almost a week without a line or net D;

I would ask for a refund for the time you are paying for service without receiving that service.

I agree with Eagles. Hope they get everything fixed in time

You can complain and ask if a rebate / refund would be given since no service provided for whatever length of time it takes to repair the service.
 
If they wont, then you can report to trading standards for lack of services and refusal for rebate / refund etc

So, if it's inside your house, then it's not their fault, so you won't get a refund.
