As you can see its one of those solid hard foam style ones but this one is very detailed. It was on show in Pets at Home.

They don't sell them though.

I need one for a 800mm tank.

Please help me find them.

you can make it yourself using polystyreine blocks, cutting into them and then using special paint to coat them which is fish safe. prob be alot cheaper

Thanks but I would rather buy one.
I want this exact one but I cant find it anywhere. Its really 3d. a good 40mm in depth details.

try aquarist classified i know there is a company that make them to order like that but i believe they are around £200. or try searching aqua terra hard to get if your in the uk, but according to someone on her they are rife in the us.

do you put the 3d backgrounds inside or outside the tank?

if it's inside,is it a big job to put it in?

sorry for hijacking this thread

Inside and yeah to get it all fitting and sealed correctly so nothing can sneak behind it can be a fair job

Regards onebto.

Back to Nature backgrounds...originally, very impressive, and very expensive ;-)

They've recently started to do slimline backgrounds, which are more affordable (not sure how much tho) and obv dont take up so much space.
