Thanks for all the great comments, im thinking of adding a bit of red to it something like Nymphaea lotus jus to give it a bit of different colour

I thought a journal would only be any good if i started tank from scratch showing everything i have done? I dont fancy stripping it all down lol

They can be from scratch or just from a certain point onward. They help as a way to record when you add a fish, what your water parameters are, when plants need pruned etc.

Even though the tank is already started the first post could simply be a list of plants, fish, and equipment.
