I'm afraid that most tetra's will end up getting destroyed by my Acara and Severums. (Imagine a 10" Severum passing up a 2" rummynose)  I'm thinking of getting a marble longfin pleco. They're pretty sweet, but not ungodly rare/expensive.

Edit: Denisons barbs get to 4-5" long, I was hoping I could find another schooler of similar size.

Whcih longfin? gibbiceps pleco or the BN pleco?

Gibbiceps pleco will grow too big for your tank,
 
Hm... try scissortail rasboras for your tank. or Maybe ruby barbs.
Edit: The scissortails look somewhat like torpedo/denisoni barbs
