My fishy stuff may be put on hold for awhile. Having a Realtor out to look at our house on Tuesday to see what she thinks it could sell for. Want to upgrade in house and it could be a good time to sell it w/the 8,000 tax credit offered to first time homebuyers. Hoping we can sell for 100k and make 40k on it. If not, we'll stay put.
