I think he's refering to true giants that get to be very very large not the giants that we're thinking of that grow to like 4 inches.

Just emailed the guy with the first tank with the following...

Do you realise that this tank is way, way too small for the fish you're keeping in it. I hope you intend to let the buyers know that they'll need to find new homes for the fish or upgrade the tank considerably as the fish grow.. the tank is too small to house a full grown giant gourami on its own never mind with any other occupants... please consider rehoming the fish first to someone who can properly accomodate them..

I've sorry if I've offended you but my concerns are for the health of the fish here.

as for the giant gourami situation.. I've only ever heard of one and that is the tank buster that grows absolutely enormous.. I can't understand that there would be one that grows to only 4" as that's the size that most gouramis grow to anyway? apart from dwarves of course

oh well I just hope the fish end up in a home that is right for them

Someone came round to my house with a big tank in their car and asked if I wanted it! They had sold me my cube a few weeks ago! Shame I have no room.

I've seen one true Giant Gourami before and it was truly a giant. At least 2 foot long. It was selling for $20 before it decided it didn't like the pond and jumped out.
