could someone please identify this loach sorry for the pic quality i have a crappy camera

Have a look through the other Loaches on the site I gave a link to, might help you ID him. ;)
 
b. kubotai.

These fish change appearance alot as they grow. The dead give-away is the vertical bands mixed with the connected lateral line/mid-line. As they mature, the light areas fill in and the fish becomes mostly black with golden spots. The mid-line is where the filling in begins.

The other loaches with similar body shapes, like yoyos, histrionica and rostra don't have the horizontal connection along the lateral line. Their markings run vertically.

Y. sidthimunki is essentially white on the underbelly. The chain pattern exists on the upper 1/2 of the fish, with sometimes just a little extending below the mid-line.

yes he has the virtical lines andthey are linked with a horizontal line also mid body as you can see, he's about 2inch in lengh.
im just confused with the golden spots part of your post, hes golden allover apart from the chain like black markings. he also dosnt have the silvery purple spot's like on the b. kubotai .
