I have four albino corys which at certain times, enjoy whizzing around the tank at high speed. It's usually during the time when the tank lights are off but the room lights are still on. I wasn't too concerned about this, but I recently added 10 cardinal tetras, and they seem to find the speedy corries quite alarming since they are attempting to settle down for the night following 'lights out'. Is this normal behaviour for corys?

Mine fly around the tank, apparently if they dart to the surface it's because there is not enough oxygen in the water... don't know how true this is. The rest of my fish are fine.
