well i don't know there u like but u can make live rock be getting one pice and then have it in a marine tank then putting lava rock in the tank. Live rocks are basicaly rocks with joles for bacteriia and lava rock is commonly used

errrmm yes and its also infested with all the little sea critters you need.... guess thats why its called live rock and not dead rock.... or maybe barron rock, biologically sparce rock?
