Live Rock Strings

I have a 90 gal reef setup that has been running 9 months with no water issues. Out of nowhere I started noticing long stringy strands coming from various places around my setup(on rocks). They are all about 1" in length and they seem to be more prevalent at night. Thought is was just slime from zombie snails at first but it has not gone away.

What I'd really love is a picture to confirm that it is indeed speghetti worms, but it's harmless. They are a common scavenger in reef tanks.
