Yeah I wasn't sure about the jawfish it's probable that deep in places but not all over.

Ok will think about canary wrasse at a later date.

Tank is 21gallons, whole system is 31gallons.

any other suggestions for colourful active fish?

I'm planning on lots of corals maybe a few SPS corals after a while aswell as i have the lighting for them. I think clams were suggested to me at 1 point aswell.

Would I be able to add cleaner shrimp at this point? and other inverts?

could you give me a few suggestions on other first fish incase they don't have a purple firefish. would I be able to have 2 firefish eventually? 1 purple 1 normal?

don't want to come back from the shop empty handed

just making sure I have some choices!!

I think regardless of weither one is purple or not they are lonesome fish.
Sites recommend 1 or a small group.

Well they didn't have any of them, so I asked the poeple there for some ideas on first fish in me tank and they pointed out the pyjama wrasse.

He's in ad out the caves all the time, lovely and colourful, will try and get a picture later.

the snails and hermits are doing a great job and i think i had a few extras in the bag.

EDIT- I just realised,Pyama Wrasse is another name for the 6-line....isn't that grand!
