Thanks for the input pica. this week we plan on getting a larger tank, probably the next size up or two sizes. Not sure. Checking out the cost of one above 55 gallons. These fish right now are babies except for the one blood parrot. I know that BP's do move things around, they are rearranging tanks alot. My parrots are good about leaving things alone lately. But someone does destroy the plants. I will from now on remove the pots from the plants. No one around here has plants for aquariums. I guess ebay is my next bet. thanks for the info.
PS when we get a bigger tank, we may keep the 55 gallon for the oscar, who is really small and the channel cat. Again thanks for the info. Lynda
