I highly recommend YourFishStuff. They have both a website and ebay Store. I have had success ordering from them 3 times, all plants were healthy and large

I often order from Aqua Essentials but I’m not sure if they ship to the USA.

in California you can go to your local creek and find most aquarium plants sold at pet shops and some that you aren't allowed to have but still make nice plants for tanks.
