Little white things hurting my aquarium?

Recently I noticed tiny white bugs inside my planted tank. There seem to be at least 2 different types of them. One is oval and kind of grayish, the other is plain white and lumpy they seem to be on the glass and plants. My tank is cycled with no fish yet is this normal? (I will try to get some pictures but my camera won't focus on them)
