Ooops, I think I had posted my first post in the wrong forum, I'll just post it again here, because I think i'll get more answers...

Got some questions:

1) Ok, will 64 watts do for a 10g?

2) Will it (64w) be sufficient enough to keep some easy corals?

3) And will heating be an issue since I have a canopy?

4) Also I would like to add a Coralife Lunar light (1w), what do you guys think about these?

Thanks for the help.

This lighting sounds pretty good. I just have a few questions myself. What type of lighting is it? PC im guessing? Does your lights have cooling fans in them? If so then it probably wouldn't be to much of a heating problem. If you do start to get a heating problem you could buy a chiller. I would personally recommend a lunar light. They are really nice looking at night and they are benificial to your corals at night aswell.

Hey Riley, the lighting is PC, here is the link. I plan on buying a cooling fan for it.

Great, I am planning on buying one, :D I love the look too. :good:

Also, stupid newb question...when using the cooling fans, is it pointed towards the lights to keep the lights cool or the water to keep the water cool?

No worries. Nope it doesn't fan onto the water. From my understandings, the cooling fans take the heat from what the lights created and it fans it away from your aquarium.
