Oh nooo!!!!! The unit I wanted is "defective" and the upgrade they want to give me has 3w bulbs! I'm having a hard time finding anything now that has the moonlight option

Just my personal opinion, but I think blue lighting belongs in marine tanks not planted tanks.  Blue light doesn't show plants at their best IMO.
 
6500k daylight is perfect it will make plants look a proper green not yellow or blue-green.  It's your personal preference though as Ian says the plants don't care.

I know, I dont want the blue for anything other than a moonlight     I think Ill just go with all white (if I can still find a unit) and try and look for a moonlight clip or something...

Okay but I didn't mean the actinic lights.  I mean the 'white' lights you're looking at are all rated 10000K which will give you a blue look.  I don't know why it says '10000K daylight' but I think that's misleading as 6500K is daylight not 10000K!

Yeah, I found another unit from the same seller with 54x 1w bulbs that are 6500k. No moonlight, but that's alright. Lets hope he has this one!!!!
