Lighting Recommendations

I have a 55 gallon, 48" freshwater tank and I want to take the next step and get into plants in my tank. I am looking for recommendations of lighting systems to buy. I want one that sits an inch or two over the tank. I have been looking at the Glo T5 Double but wonder why it doesn't have any cooling fans. Please give me some input. Thanks

Hello, Another Option. I am looking at buying the 48" 4x65W Coralife LUNAR Aqualight Deluxe for my 55 gallon freshwater tank. I have 4 bulbs to choose from, HelloLights 55/65W 10,000K, HelloLights 55/65W Actinic 03, HelloLights 55/65W 50/50 10K/Act 3, or HelloLights 55/65W Blue 7,100K. I can arrange any combination. I want to have plants and a tank that looks cool with the lighting. What would you suggest? I want to have some live plants but I am a beginner. Thanks for your input.

P.S. What would be the difference in the two above?
