Im going to put flow on the back burner for now. I have a hob filter rated for a 40 to 75gl tank working. When fully open it's like a washing machine in this little 5.5gl.
Nutrients....I think I will look into some root tabs, and something easy to bring up P and K levels. I really don't want to start messing around with EI dosing.
CO2....use Flourish Excel if needed.
I just added some crypt spiralis in place of my struggling sagittaria. And grouped and moved the sag to a more foreground location.
I might be fine. Everything in my tank is growing like mad with the exception of the sag. The Planted Tank notes that Green Dust Algae is common in new set ups, and you just have to tough it out as it runs its course sometimes.
