i am in the process of cycling my tank i when its finshed i want to start adding coral but dont know what type of lighing i need also i was wondering if you can buy lights that can hold 2 bulbs so that one can work during the day and then switch to nightlight with the other bulb also how much is it going to cost also any links u could provide to lighting so i can have a look well be much appreciated
thanks for you help

Most soft corals would be OK with just plain T8 florescent, but, you may want to look at getting something higher. T5s would be great and would give you some options for hard corals as well.

As for a nightlight, get some blue LEDS :good:

I don't recommend any corals immediately after cycling completes. I recommend a period of watchful observation and checking to see if you can maintain good water parameters to support the corals. JMO. SH
