awh bless! I'm sure it will work out in the end! taking it nice and slow will ensure you plan it all well though anyway so there won't be room for error :) good luck x

althought tisonly been a day since i posted thet, my salt arrived so i could add the live sand after it was correct salinityand then the copepods which seem to pretty happy with the tank :) so, i need to search for some live rock next, Simply seahorses are doing theire for £3.50/kg  so i may have to get that :good: or there is someone in portsmouth who is selling it at the same price (except i dont have to pay postage and packaging ;) )
cheers,
stan :)

Ahhh! This is so exciting, even though its not my tank?!! lol! So wish i could start my tank but I'm waiting till next pay day now. So skint, sad times!

I'm waiting on a journal, hint hint! :p

Haha :p im quite excited too, but im also on a budget :/ haha i only earn about £20-£25 a week, so ... yeah, thats the thing with only being 16 yrs :)

You need an account with someone like photobucket - upload your images there & then copy & pate the img code into your reply.

its done, i have started a journal thread :) in marine nano section

SB just a word of warning for you as I'm local to you in Worthing, if your thinking on using maidenhead in Findon stear well clear, their live stock has huge problems, paraquatics in Hove would be a better bet or there is a good marine shop in Bognor who's name escapes me.

As for lighting don't get too tied up with watts per gallon calcs as it a bit antiquated, t5 should be fine for softies unless you have a real deep tank!

Will ask about as know a few people that have shopped there, what is it your after live stock wise? Have a bit of inside info on a place that may be opening soon but it's a bit hush hush at mo, and if your looking for coral frags there is a guy that just setting up ( look up frag on rock) his sites not yet running but has a small bit on Facebook thats not finished either but it's being worked on as we speak but will see if he'll let me post a few pics of his coral trays to entice you

Sounds ok given the tank size oscillaris clowns and a goby should be fine depending on how soon your looking to add them I may be able to point you in the right direction locally

(Mods not sure if this breaches any of the rules if it does apologies and please remove)
