Merry Xmas all ,

at present i havent got a light for my tank so was looking at getting one not wanting to spend to much so just wondering if any one has a cheap recommendation? the tank has no lid just condensation trays .

Clearseal do lids for there tanks iirc The consort a nice basic lid

cheapest way to do it with T8'S Dual arcadia Ultraseal Controller and 2 tubes

May be able to pick up something second hand

sort of.....................

4ft tank you want to got with some thing a bit longer either a 36 or a 42" tube

As for the controller thay do double controlers

something like this one to run a pair of 36/42" tubes.................

Edit. reflectors make a big difference too imho worth the extra

ps. if you can afford it go for t5's pricey to start with but your make that back on electric your save and light output in the long run
