Light Flickering

Tonight one of my two lights has started to flicker on my Fluval Roma 125 so I have turned them off. Any ideas if I just need to replace the tube or does the flickering mean something else is broken.

I've taken the tube out and its a 61cm 20w T8 Aqua-Glo does anyone know where I can find a cheap replacement from online.

Before you go down the tube line, try the starter unit, much cheaper on around 1 pound for the starter
