Lettuce And Boiled Potatoes?

Can you feel BN's any type of lettuce? and when feeding them boiled potatoes, can it be any potatoe? do you have to take the skin off the potatoe?

you can use any sort of lettuce, spinach or silverbeet (as long as they're free of chemicals) but I don't use potatoes for fish.
