Let's play Name My Cichlids!!

I'm dense. I figured out how to change the resolution on my sis's digital camera finally and actually got some crisp photos this time around. Take a peekie!!

The fish are still new and I suck with naming them, so I decided to let my fish pals help. Feel free to dub these cute little guys with names! (I'm getting tired of calling them Orange, Blue and Yellow! LOL)

Here's my Powder Blue Cichlid. His hobbies include swimming, eating and playing Hide and Go Seek.

Here's my Yellow Lab (aka Electric Yellow) Cichlid. Her interests include food, sleeping, and hiding.

Here's my Red Zebra (the picture is a bit washed out, but she's the one in front of the rock.) Her hobbies include freaking me out with funny faces, hanging out with her pal "Blue" and gobbling up any of the Cichlid pellets I toss in the tank before anyone else has a chance to eat.

Well, you can't name my Spiny Eel because the guy I got him from already named him. Snufulufugus.

He just poked his head out from the gravel he loves to burrow in so much to say "Hey!!" (Or maybe it's feeding time and he wants me to toss in a a small fish or worm. Here I was just thinking he was being sociable. I should have known better!!)

And just one more of my Yellow Cichlid - He/She is usually hiding in rocks or caves, so I thought I'd snap a couple while I could!!

Here's Snufulufugus, still waiting for his food and Blue giving me a dirty look. "Come on, already - enough with the stupid pictures, just drop us some pellets! WE'RE HUNGRY!!!"

You have got yourself a little spiny eel, i used to have them but they jumped out, i'll have to get some another time.
