According to the instructions you don't have to preform a water change. Only if you have bad water stats.
So you would just start the med again.

but witch dosage because it was diff 1 st day than 2nd and 3rd day so 4 and 5 is the same as 2 & 3rd but from day 6 is what from the beginning or just the same as from day 2? is it confusing sorry...

I see what you mean but not sure what to say.
Body wise they look ok, Not skinny looking.
Do you feed any red foods like bloodworms or red flakes.

colorfull flakes they eat fine hungry all the time but the color of the eyes is worrying me and also the spots... I hope it is ich what do you think?

Any red flakes in the food,.
The black eye dosn't look normal to me.
Can only see white specs on the fins.
Whitespot looks like the fish has been sprinkled in salt.

It's changing through the day sometimes it's dark but sometimes really black...
I don't know if it looks like salt and's it's only on the tail or at least only there visible... The med works also for velvet disease just in the case is that... i just want my guppies to be healthy

Sounds like whitespot then.
Not sure what to say about the eyes. I would just keep a close eye on the fish.
