After a static time during my fishless cycle i decided to bump up the ammonia level to 5ppm the cycle whish seemed to have been kickstarted back in action fter day 30. 
However yesterday (the day my GF was due to come stay with me for a while) i spoke to my GF and she asked how the tank was doing and i said things are back on track by the looks of things.... now she kinda mistook what i said and when she arrived she had a present for me..... yes u guessed it.... not 1 but 1 bags of fish...
2 small pairs of bolivian rams and 2 small pairs of gourami's........ hmmmmm
A quick 100% water change (water added to tank at 26C)
Also as my GF is staying with me for a while she'll be carrying out water changes as required when required
So here now we have a record of my FishIn cycle
Day 1 - Fish arrived hmmmmm 100% water change carried out
nitrites - 0ppm
ammonia - 0ppm
nitrates - 10ppm
day 2am - 40ltrs changed
nitrites - 0ppm
ammonia 0 - 0.25ppm
nitrates - 20ppm
