Hi all, anyone got any pics of LED lighting on there tropical tanks? Thinking of changing my juwel 190 trigon tank lighting to LED, these are the ones i am thinking about LED Light any one got any advice as to weather they are any good and will look brighter than what i have got in.

They will be a brighter white but as to being any good or not depends on what you have and what you want.

My Frontosas for instance would hate them. What I am trying to point out is fish stock, plant types (if any) decor all needs to be taken into account.

Brightest isn't always best -_-

Not sure what lighting is required for them. Perhaps ask that question over in the New World Cichlid section?
 
led lighting is nice,
my old man is running a small strip set on his tank for night lights,
its actually car stuff, and was very cheap on e bay, ill get some pictures this evening, it looks great, takes up no space, and emits no heat,
