Led For Underwater

I was just wondering is there LED that works underwater and still proveds the correct light for plants and others to grow?.

I've seen the LED lights being used underwater, but I think they are for decoration. They are generally multicolored.

I've never seen one for plant growth, most plants will expect the light from above so if there were plant grow LED's that worked under water I imagine it wouldn't be a good idea. Most are for decoration as wroberson said.
