Yes sad, i knew something would go wrong but so far this is it! so not bad at all, still learning all the time. Scared to have another now as i thought this would be an easy one to care for! oh well.If he is disintegrating, then yes take him out it's a shame, but some you win and some you lose. Dont be put off - one tip, take your refractometer along with you to the lfs and just test their coral tank water, you might be suprised just how low they keep the sg If it is one of those places that keep their SG real low then don't buy corals from them, find somewhere else as the acclimatisation period is so long and so stressful to the coral. I have several lfs in my area, the biggest and best known keeps its tanks at 1.019 and believe it or not the Pets at Home one runs their tanks at 1.026, and quarantines for at least two weeks, so you can guess where i buy my stock from, if they haven't got it, they will get it for me finding a good lfs is worth its weight in gold
