Hi, I just noticed that today my betta naps a lot and swims around less than yesterday when I first introduced him to his new home.
Is it the temperature of his water or he's just lazy?

This is the temperature:

What is the water quality like?

If the fish was newly imported and you just got him, he could have jet lag and will need a week or so to adjust to the new lighting schedule.

I did clean his tank yesterday before going to get him from my lfs so I'd say the nitrate is low and his tank is fully cycled so ammonia and nitrite are 0ppm

Since I got him yesterday, he's just getting used to new lighting schedule?

Without seeing pictures and video of the fish, and going off the information available, I would say he is still getting use to the tank and needs a few more days to recover.

I'll try to make a video, I'll tag you.

The blue thing is my betta. He is hiding and snoozing more often than being out and swimming around.

Here he took another nap, he didn't even notice me behind him and recording him, before I made sudden movement. He'll get scared of me easily and swim away quite fast and I think I crossed a boundary with him
Is it anything serious @Colin_T ?
