Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior):
Slight lethargy, what seems to be lateral line disease, white stringy stuff near head, hasn’t eaten in days

Volume and Frequency of water changes:
About 80 percent every couple of weeks or as needed for nitrates

Chemical Additives or Media in your tank:
carbon

Tank inhabitants:
Parrot cichlid, pleco

None

Exposure to chemicals:
Stress coat, Seachem prime

The pictures aren’t very clear, but there are white stringy stuff near the head, lateral line on both sides, and small fluid as a by the eyes.
