If you want to win, I know how! :hyper: All you have to do is bribe Crossfire with Albino Kuhli Loaches... :shifty:

Its...beautiful!
Glad you had fun at the aquarium! Check out the Baltimore National Aquarium if you ever get this north. They have A GIANT STINGRAY/SHARK/BARRACUDA/SEA TURTLE "FLOOR" ON THE SECOND LEVEL....the escalators are right above it! Its amazing!

Oh, and to all you people making threats to my loaches......

Just try and get into my house

Quick! Somebody smart...

In your expieriance or opinion, what is the better schooler? Cardinal Tetra or Praecox Rainbow? Which is sturdier?

Cardinals definately seem the better schooled but I'm not sure which is more stable I just know cards shouldn't be added to a tank under 6 months old :good:

Well my tank was started up last August......Ugh....can't decide....cardinals are smaller, could have more, but sensitive to water chemistry. Praecox are bigger, brighter, but not tight schoolers, and are aggressive eaters (so i have heard) and more expensive, but sturdier and fit my tank better (compatible pH and Peacock gobies live in the same habitat)....but I like both...sigh...wish i had a bigger tank :S

I prefer cards but it's your choice :good:

Oh and that aquarium looks cool!

I definately do and mines 10 gallons bigger than yours crossfire so it's like the saying go big or go home. My next upgrade I'm planning on a 75-100 gallon :good:

Yeah I think its going to be cards in the end...my LFS sells Praecox for $11 per fish
Plus my parents have always loved neons...when i was a small kid they had a 15 gallon tank with only neon tetras in it :S
By the way, don't ever get Pink Jewel Tetras! They're nasty to each other, don't school, and since they're a new species they are susceptible to disease  And they're expensive! $7 per fish.....i only got them because they were gorgeus...but they're evil! I'm letting mine die off now, one has swim bladder and can barely stay up, another has suspected pop-eye....don't think its bacterial, my tank has beautiful stats and is always clean.

Lucky! We live in a tiny townhome, so big 6ft+ tanks are a definate no go....Personally, I would never go bigger than a 55 gallon.....for now :shifty:

I've already tried to convice my parents to let me upgrade to at least a 40 gallon....but they refuse :shout:

:( my parents will let me as long as it's my money and I do a 50/50 split on my job 50% for savings 50% for spendings.
