Last ditch effort for help

One more question - he's been in the same water for 4 days now.
There are uneaten pellets at the bottom.
I want to change out his water, but don't want to stress him anymore.
Should I do a water change or just fish out the uneaten pellets and get the meds in??

How much would it stress him do you think if you scooped him up in a large jar and vac ed the gravel? Thats what I do, I'm highly dangerous with the gravel vac I hope he makes it, muckily Hannibal seems OK apart from his fins which I'm a little worried about but I'll ask on the betta forum.

Do a water change it will make him feel better, as uneaten foods will pollute the water, hope he gets well soon.
