L25's Always Expensive?

I'd love one of these fellas they are my favourite plec especially after seeing a full size pair i a show a few years back

I've made enquiries with shops last couple of weeks and I seem to be getting price quotes of £90 for small specimens!!!

Is this what I should expect or are they always that expensive/ Does anyone know of any cheaper fish

fraid so - if you find a good shop you be looking at a 6" specimen for that sort of money...

there are lots of other cool plecs like the L25 though...

L024's are really close - I've recently sold 2 of ours for £35 each at about 5" (maidenhead have some smaller ones up for £70!)

Have a look at L114's (there is a 6" one on aquarists classifieds for £50 at the moment - (there is also a 12" L025 to be had as well )

haha the L114 is onlyt ten miles from me and I emailed him yesterday

That would need military operation to sneak past the wife!!

I've found a nice advert for plecs on worl of water bicester. I'm going to see iif they deliver!! lol

I bought that L114 tonight!!!! and the Royal he had for sale as well!!! I couldn't resist and got that half price as well

The L114 looks ace I just hope he settles well
