Strange that it's the male pursuing her. As far as Kribensis, the female is usually the one who chases the male. Anyway, the bright red belly is definitely a good sign, and so is the shaking, etc., so yeah, but don't be dissapointed if I'm wrong. I had rams that did that, but never had an egg.
