I've been offered a female krib by a local fish fanatic, would she be compatible to go with either of:
1) A 55l tank that has a betta (also cardinals, swordtails and panda corys) OR
2) A 225l tank that already has a mating pair of kribs (also angels, gourami, tetras, ram, glass cats, peppered corys)

Thanks,

Mark

hi i have a male and female krib in my tank with dwarf gourami a red tailed shark congo tetras and a plec and they all get a long fine im not sure about the mating pair of kribs though

Bump - no replies in the other section, would really welcome some input here please!

Bettas and cichlids are a combo that is not recommended but the rest of the tank mates in that tank are fine. I wouldnt put her in with the mated pair - the other female is likely to bash her if they are an established couple.

Stay away from that mating pair of kribs. Who needs an intruder when you are trying to mate after all. :hey: A mating pair of kribs can get very territorial and would not make a good destination for your new female.
