I've done everything I can think of to help my kribs breed, they have 6 different places to choose from. 5 caves and some mopani wood that is brilliant for them to breed under.
I'm doing weekly waterchanges, there's a lot of plants and the tank is 3ft. The filter is cycled, the temp is 28c. They're dancing and shimmying at each other, the female is doing the classic chase and show off but the male is just ignoring her, even going for her at times... The female isn't aggressive to him she just wants to breed so when he ignores her she gives up for a bit and then the male chases her and nips her... He's not done any damage but it looks so aggressive...
