I know kois arent suppose to be in there but its just for now until early summer, is this normal or this has to be stopped? They keep on sucking at the anal tube where she is currently pregnant (which i think she is) and her top fins are showign at the surface.

I would think that it needs to be stopped. My guess would be that the koi will remove the slime coat from where they are sucking at which could lead to bacterial infection, plus maybe causing some kind of lesion or sore place that may be hard to clear up. Also, BP's are not live bearers. They lay eggs. So she isn't pregnant.
I also don't think that koi can stand warm water for very long. Don't know what sort of health hazards this will pose for them in the long run. Maybe someone else here will know.
Good luck. :good:

Do you have any pics?

Bp's are egg layers and do not get pregnant. So, it would be safe to say that something else is going on. As said above cold water fish and tropicals don't mix. If left together the koi will most likely stress the Bp to death.

so if she isnt pregnant hwats the white tube sticking out... o.0

If you are sure its a female BP, it could be her egg tube,(guess thats what you would call it) sticking out. If the koi have sucked there very much they could have pulled it down.

This is a great place to learn about BP's. Under blood parrot advice there is a sticky entitled BP sexual organ ID. But I don't know if you will be able to look at the pics without joining up.

If you can look at the sticky it has great pics that show the sexual organs of male and female. You might be able to tell if thats whats hanging down on your fish.

Not good, not good at all.I'd put her in a quarantine tank.A fish floating out the water and is not a good sign...And the egg tube, as guinaepigqueen said, looks infected.Maybe an anti bacterial med would help.
Also she may be floating out the water due to a bad swim bladder. When she swims down does she end up floating to the top again?
