How are you all? How does one pack properly? Are you about to send your gift off to your sister who lives in another state? Are you planning on transferring to another place nearer to where you work?
In any case, you need to make sure you pack things right. Alternatively, how does one pack right?
The rule of thumb is to always put what can exactly fit in a container. Should you have a bubble wrap, it would do well if you jam all small pieces in it, just because you have quite a sizable bubble wrap. You would still damage your items along the way, as you stuffed everything in the bag. Then again, you don't put in a small breakable item in a bubble wrap that is twice as big as your item, should the bag be too big, this might still damage your item since it will be nudged within the wrapping, bumping into other items, hence, becoming damaged in the long run.
So, going back to the topic, how does one pack right? Match clothing to plastic, so it will not be affected by moisture. Boxes would be good for items that are not too fragile. Bubble wrap items that are fragile, yet make sure you choose the right size for them. Bubble wraps are quite expensive, so as much as you can, recycle.
With these little tips in mind, you can guarantee that moving or sending a gift will be a lot risk-free and safe than just leaving the item in the courier and leaving the packing to them.
