Thanks for the comments, the tank is a 300 US gallon African cichlid tank. The black shark currently staring down the kitten has survived 3 different incantations of that tank over the last 10 years. I would have re homed him, but couldn't find anyone who could take him He's about 14" and seems to be getting along with his new tankmates. (since April or so.)

Wow!Your tank looks great.That black shark must be huge...I wonder what would happen if it fell in lol

there are 4 plecos in there...lol not to mention snails, and a few syno's.


Its an acrylic tank and I try and avoid scrubbing as much as I can, it has enough scratches already. alot of what you see in the flash is dried water on the outside of the tank from the sunday water change. I got called in to work and never got finished..

My kitten has found my fish as well though he's quickly figured out not only can he not reach/eat them but he gets sprayed with water when he does.

Your kitten looks like my cat!!! My dog groms at my tank, he loves comming into my room and looking at them.
