Thank you Byron, i have put more frogbit in to try and shade it more. It was well covered in my other tank tbf. Think ive just got to get the sweet spot on the lighting.The fuzz/black-brown on the Anubias is I think black brush algae. Make sure there are floating plants over the Anubias, that sometimes works. What is there will not go away, but if it does not increase you've hit the mark.
I don't see anything else I would worry over.
