I plan on getting a male and female Kenyi in addition to a gourami, a rubberlip or clown pleco, 2 angel fish, a cory catfish, and 2 angel fish.   What's your opinion of this mix?

Post moved from the species index, which is for informational posts rather than questions.

Hello, I'll tell you what I know and then lt you fom your own opinion, OK? :)
KENYI MBUNA require very hard water and are probably one of the  more aggressive fish for thier size in the hobby.
Rubberlip pleco are exllent algae eaters, strictly vegetarian and need cool water to do well.
Clon plecos are omnivorous, which makes supplemntal feeding easier
Cories are very peaceful schooling fish that need to be kept in groups of at least three, preferably five or more.
Some species prefer cooler wter, and others lik very warm wter.
They can get from one to three inches depending on species, and while most prefer acidic water, there are several species that will tolerate hard water.
Angelfish need a tank taller than 12" and prefer very warm soft water, although tank-reared ones can tolerate up to 8.0.
They are predatory fish that are likely to eat any fish smaller than a cardinal tetra when adults.
Thier body shape and long fins make them prime candidates for being fin-nipped by other fish.

I think a kenyi would be a very bad idea, incompatible water requirements and way too aggressive!

I've decided to go with 2 Bolivian rams as they can live in a wider range of temperature and ph to be compatible with others residents of my planned community tank.  Thanks for your responses.
