Hi,
I've read some great stuff in the D-I-Y section about upgrading Juwel hoods. Some even the the point of building new hoods.
If i wanted to avoid the D-I-Y root would these Juwel 'Multilux' hoods fit my Juwel Rekord 70 tank replacing my 'Monolux 60' hood?. Looking at the 55cm 'multilux', it takes 15W bulbs and is just less than the lenght of the Rekord 70 tank (which is 60cm). Do you think this will fit? They also do a 60cm version.
Am i right in thinking that i would also need a 'Multilux flapset' for the lighting unit to fit into? If so when i guess its out of the question because the smallest flap set is 80cm.
Does anyone have any experience of using 'Multilux'?
Cheers,
