Juwel Digital Thermometer

Hi all,

so today as i decided it might be helpful to know I bought the above thermometer and as with all the juwel stuff i've bought so far it comes with #29### all instructions. maybe these aren't necessary and i'm just thick. hahaha.
so do i stick it top middle or bottom nearest or furthest from the heater?

I stuck mine at the opposite side of the heater at the bottom, figuring if the temperature was ok there it must be the same in the rest of the tank - but I doubt it really matters much where you stick it, you could stick it on the side of the tank too if you don't want it on the front.

that was my thought to.

Digital thermometers look real cool but are knowwhere near as accurate as a spirit based one.

As above, best to place opposite end of the tank, where there is good water flow. We always have ours near to the outlet from the external filter.
