Juvie Pics!

Oh yeah so that means people can use it since its not copy righted. But I wouldn't use them because I know you wouldn't want me to nor would I have a reason to use it. ;)

um, I have to point something out on the pictures, it's 2006.

lol thanks. i keep a separate file with the watermark and just never changed it with the new year

you aren't required to display a copyright notice in order for the photo to be legally protected, nor does having a copyright date in a previous year mean it is no longer copyrighted. any photo is automatically copyrighted the moment you take it. even if i didnt have a copyright displayed, it would be legally copyrighted and you CANNOT use it. whether you have a desire to use it or not is not a consideration.

That is sooo true about protecting your intellectual property. I've had people tell me they downloaded my images and used them for things like I should feel flattered. DUH!! I found this great software that's a breeze to use for watermarking so that's what I do so that CAN'T happen anymore.

If you will be selling or otherwise looking for homes for any of your dark males, I am very interested in one. I am holding out for one black or dark blue male, and then I am done collecting bettas...honest, I promised Hubby.
