i had all my corals in plastic tubs for a bit when i upgraded mine, they were fine. Fish too. Gorilla tubs from B&Q are great as temp holding containers

Before I was thinking about marines yours put me off.
Just the the fact there was wires and tubes everywhere.
But now I can not help myself.

only reason for all that mess was becasue my tank was replacing the old one in exactl the same spot. so i had to save all my water as i didnt have time to just bin it and re-mix new water in the tank. I also had to plumb the new tank. New time i upgrade it will be in a differnt spot, would be 100x easier.

Well the sale is off. Been put off by a few things the seller wasn't open about so it's back to the drawing board again

I hear ya on that one. Better to feel comfortable initially. So what put you off?

Well it was mainly dishonesty on the sellers part. He wasn't truthful with me about why he was selling etc and it out me off. I then started worrying that if he wasn't honest about that, what else wasn't he honest about, and then a whole tale of mistruths came out in the wash so I told him to forget it

I have good news though in the shape of a brand new Fluval Osaka with all sorts of goodies included for just a little more than the RSM he was trying to sell
